With the acquisition of Gebroeders Ligthart Carrosserie- en Tankbouw B.V. and Mekos Schagerbrug B.V. in The Netherlands, KOKS Group further expands its position in special construction and machine building.

Gebroeders Ligthart Carrosserie- en Tankbouw B.V. specializes in the development and construction of bodywork and tanks for heavy industrial applications. The company has built a strong reputation for custom solutions, craftsmanship, and reliability. Mekos Schagerbrug B.V. operates in the field of machine building and is known for its technical expertise in designing and manufacturing customer-specific machines and constructions for industrial environments.
