KOKS ECOVAC LOADER

Specifications

• The KOKS EcoVac Loader self-supporting vacuum unit, without a chassis and powered by an industrial diesel engine, is designed for (heavy) industrial applications and is suitable for suctioning, discharging and transporting fluid and hazardous substances, such as liquids, sludge, fats, oils, fuels and chemicals. Specially developed for working with hazardous and contaminated substances, the unit is available in PED or ADR (CEOC) versions and built in accordance with all applicable safety standards.
  
  The KOKS EcoVac Loader is self-supporting and is not fixed on a chassis, but is equipped with an offloading system. The Loader frame is based on a 20 ft container system and equipped with an integrated hook lift frame and hoisting arrangement (option) for placing on a trailer, chassis or other transport system.

  Effort KOKS EcoVac Loader
  The KOKS EcoVac Loader is a self-contained vacuum unit which, without the use of a chassis, is perfect for day-to-day suction, discharge and transportation activities, general industrial cleaning or for use in the (petro)chemical industry and in refineries.
   
  Characteristics
  With its powerful liquid ring vacuum pump, large quantities of (fluid) substances can be processed in a short time. The user benefits from significant time savings and a huge reduction in cost.
   
  Performances
  The KOKS EcoVac Loader self-supporting vacuum unit can be fitted with various option kits that are appropriate for your needs and applications.

• Designed and certified​

  For:	• placement on a 20 ft container frame, equipped with hook lift point.

  Pressure vacuum tank

  Volume:	12 m³, excl. the service water tank.
  Material:	stainless steel AISI 316 grade; material no. 1.4404.
  Rear door:	hydraulically opening and bolting.
  Discharging:	by means of tipping and pressurizing.
  Loading:	by means of suctioning or through the manhole on top.
  Including:	6” suction/discharge connections with ball valve.

   

  Service water tank

  On behalf of:	cooling the liquid ring vacuum pump.
  Volume:	1 m³.
  Material:	stainless steel.
  Including:	hinged exhaust stack.

   

  Vacuum pump

  Type:	liquid ring.
  Capacity:	3,400 m³/h.
  Max. vacuum:	95%.
  Piping:	completely stainless steel, provided with filter.
  Drive:	mechanical from a diesel engine with driveshaft and V-belt transmission.

   

  Compressor

  Type:	rotary vane pump.
  Capacity:	200 m³/h, 2.5 bar overpressure.
  Drive:	hydraulic.

   

  Diesel engine

  On behalf of:	vacuum pump drive.
  Brand/model:	Caterpillar C4.4 Stage 5 (option C7.1 Stage 3).
  Power output:	approx. 129 kW (175 Bhp).
  Including:	shut-down valve (Chalwyn).
  	exhaust system with spark arrester.

   

  Container frame

  Construction:	reinforced 20 ft ISO container frame with hook lift attachment point.
  Corner Casting:	according to standard 20 ft container frame.
  Unit compartment:	on behalf of the pump/engine combination, sound insulated, incl. access doors with ventilation grilles on both sides and at the front.
  Note:	the longitudinal beams of the lift frame must be supported during transportation on the semi-trailer or trailer.
