The strength of this collaboration within the SIR is that the current risks of industrial cleaning are recognised by all parties and the appropriate guidelines are accepted. High-pressure cleaning: a core SIR discipline
High-pressure cleaning is one of SIR’s core focus areas, alongside pressure/vacuum cleaning, chemical technical cleaning, and respiratory protection.
High-pressure cleaning is a dynamic field. The SIR keeps a close eye on developments in this area. The SIR plays a stimulating role in the development of safe high-pressure equipment and is actively involved in the development of safe working methods. Guidelines are regularly updated to reflect the latest developments. All developments are incorporated into regulations, training courses and exams.
KOKS is a SIR-authorized inspection facility
KOKS attaches great importance to working safely and is affiliated with various inspection and certification organisations, including SIR. The SIR offers affiliated companies, such as KOKS, the opportunity to obtain accreditation as an SIR inspection facility for high-pressure equipment and high-pressure accessories. Every year, KOKS is audited to assess whether the workshop and staff still meet the requirements. We are proud to be able to use the designation of an SIR inspection facility.
With this qualification, KOKS is authorised to inspect and test industrial high-pressure equipment in accordance with SIR guidelines and may issue certificates that are valid throughout the Benelux. The SIR provides inspection stickers for high-pressure cleaning machines that have been approved in accordance with SIR requirements. Only SIR-approved inspection facilities can obtain and use these inspection stickers.

High-pressure equipment, both new and used, must be inspected regularly by an SIR-certified inspector to ensure that SIR guidelines are followed. This guarantees the proper and safe operation of your high-pressure units and prevents dangerous situations.
After our high-pressure inspectors have carried out the SIR inspection, all information is recorded in our records and an official SIR certificate is issued.
SIR certification of high-pressure hoses

We offer a service to inspect and certify the corresponding high-pressure hoses annually. Our official inspectors have all the necessary equipment and knowledge to inspect and certify your high-pressure hoses responsibly and safely.
After testing according to protocol, you will receive a test certificate. Approved hoses are given a unique number and are therefore always traceable.
We will provide you with a personal login code and, after logging in, you can view the test data, view and download your certificates, and check the expiry dates.
You can easily comply with legal obligation. The inspections must be carried out in the prescribed manner. As a specialist, KOKS After Sales has a repair department with qualified personnel and the necessary testing equipment. Our high-pressure engineers are trained specialists and will ensure that your machine complies with all safety standards and SIR inspections.
