The ADES EX‑robot is utilized in combination with the SAPP (standalone power pack) or TVC (transportable ventilated cabin) together with a vacuum truck for removal and disposal of fluid and hazardous substances, such as liquids, sludge, fats, oils, fuels and chemicals. Especially developed for handling hazardous and contaminated substances, the robot is certified for ATEX (Ex) zone 0.

    Usage
    The KOKS ADES EX‑robot enables its user to operate in confined spaces within ATEX zone 0. Commonly used for cleaning underground (fuel) tanks, water basins or sewer pipes, the advantages for health, safety and the environment, as well as an improvement of the cleaning quality, are undeniable.

     

    Characteristics
    The KOKS ADES EX‑robot is equipped with an inventive hydraulic piston for widening its track width and thus increasing stability where possible. The ADES EX is an ATEX zone 0 certified robot, which can be used together with both the SAPP as well as the TVC.

    In addition, the ADES EX is available with different types of track plates, making this robot very versatile and efficient. With the robot connected to a vacuum truck, large quantities of fluid and solid substances can be processed in a short time and then transported in accordance with the latest regulations. The user benefits from significant time savings and a huge reduction in cost.

     

    Versions
    The KOKS ADES EX‑robot can be delivered with different types of track plates and can be equipped with various suction heads and tips which match your needs and/or (industrial) applications.
