Specifications

• The KOKS MegaVac Trailer self-supporting air displacement trailer with a large tank volume is designed for (heavy) industrial applications and is suitable for suctioning, displacing and transporting large quantities of dry, wet and hazardous substances, such as various types of catalyst, (roof) gravel, powders, fly ash and sludge. Specially developed for working with hazardous and contaminated substances, the trailer is available in PED or ADR (CEOC) versions and built in accordance with all applicable safety standards.

  Characteristics
  The powerful tri-lobe blower gives the KOKS MegaVac Trailer self-supporting air displacement trailer a very high suction and displacement capacity, which makes it possible to process and transport large quantities of dry materials, liquids, gravel, sand, etc. in a very short time. The user benefits from significant time savings and a huge reduction in cost.
   
  Performances
  The self-supporting KOKS MegaVac Trailer air displacement trailer can be fitted with various option kits that are appropriate for your needs, and for industrial and cleaning applications.

• Designed and certified

  For:	• assembly on a 2-axle widespread trailer, in combination with 12 tonne kingpin.
  	• suctioning, displacing and transporting dry and wet substances, such as sludge, sand, (roof) gravel, fly ash, powders and various types of liquids.
  	• PED (Pressure Equipment Directive) in accordance with 2014/68/EU directive.

   

  Pressure/vacuum tank

  Volume:	16 m³, excl. filter chamber.
  Material:	stainless steel AISI 304 grade, material no. 1.4301.
  Rear door:	hydraulically opening and bolting.
  Discharging:	by means of tipping (45°) or air displacement.
  Loading:	by means of suctioning.
  Including:	6” suction connection, provided with an 8” elbow with replaceable Hardox wear resistant plate.

  Filter chamber
