Specifications

• The KOKS CycloVac Loader self-supporting air displacement unit with cyclone separator is designed for heavy industrial applications and is suitable for suctioning, displacing (option), transporting and discharging dry, wet and hazardous substances, such as various types of catalyst, (roof) gravel, powders, fly ash and sludge. Specially developed for working with hazardous and contaminated substances, the unit is available in PED, ADR (CEOC) and or ATEX (Ex) (pump system) versions and built in accordance with all applicable safety standards.

  The KOKS CycloVac Loader self-supporting air displacement unit can be fitted with various option kits that are appropriate for your needs, for industrial applications and or for sewer cleaning activities.

• Designed and certified

  For:	• placement on a 20 ft container frame with integrated closed unit compartment.
  	• Suctioning, displacing (option), transporting and discharging dry, wet and hazardous substances, such as sludge, sand, (roof) gravel, fly ash, powders and various types of liquids.
  	• PED (Pressure Equipment Directive) in accordance with 2014/68/EU directive.

   

  Pressure vacuum tank​

  Volume:	8 m³, excl. cyclone separator.
  Material:	stainless steel AISI 316 grade; material number 1.4404.
  Rear door:	hydraulically opening and bolting.
  Discharging:	by means of tipping (45°) or air diplacement.
  Loading:	by means of suctioning or through the manhole on top.
  Including:	6” suction connection provided with shut-off valve with coupling as desired, followed by 6” elbow with exchangeable Hardox wear resistant plate.
  	6” discharge connection provided with shut-off valve with coupling as desired, on the rear door (excl. quick-exchange system).
  	level detectors.

   

  Cyclone separator device

  Design:	2x 2 cyclones on behalf of separating particles.
  Provisions:	separator tank with a vacuum return system in combination with an air cleaning system (air shock system/air return current) on behalf of cleaning the cyclones and filter elements.
  Including:	cyclone/filter cleaning by means of a programmed 3 positions pulse time/interval switch, adjustable from the control panel.
  	level indicator (wet/dry) in the collecting receptacle.
  	air current separation system in the separator tank.
  Safety filter:	each cyclone is equipped with its own fine dust safety filter with a standard filter according to group E12 (EN 1822-1:2017) (class M).

   

  Vacuum pump

  Type:	tri-lobe blower.
  Air displacement:	107 kW, suitable for suctioning with 5” (DN 125) hoses.
  Max. vacuum:	96%.
  Drive:	approx. 129 kW diesel engine with driveshaft and V-belt transmission.
  Including:	silencers.
  	suctioning muffler with an additional safety filter, in accordance with group E12 (EN 1822-1:2017) (class M).
  Piping:	the complete piping outside the unit compartment is made of stainless steel.
  	sound insulated unit compartment with air ventilation grilles, integrated in the container frame.

   

  Container frame

  Construction:	reinforced 20 ft container frame.
  Corner casting:	according to standard 20 ft ISO container frame.
  Unit compartment:	on behalf of the pump/engine combination, sound insulated, incl. access doors with ventilation grilles on both sides and at the front.
  Including:	doors at the rear with removable reinforcement beam.

   

  Diesel engine​

  On behalf of:	vacuum pump drive.
  Brand/model:	Caterpillar C4.4 Stage 5.
  Power output:	approx. 129 kW (175 Bhp).
  Fuel tank:	approx. 600 liter.
  Including:	shut-down valve (Chalwyn).

  Standard safety provisions​
  Consisting of: rupture disc, hose rupture safety valves on behalf of the tipping and extending cylinder, beacon light, emergency stop, repair cross beam, earth reel, emergency stop reel and powder extinguisher.

  Provisions:	working light, operation from a stainless steel box.
  Preservation:	painted with 2-component car paint in one standard RAL colour as desired.
